Forms and interviews

When you send a form or book an interview, we keep the details you give us (name, email, phone, business and your message) to reply to you and prepare your proposal.

Interviews with Nyra

Nyra is an AI assistant powered by Miree.AI. No voice is recorded. During a voice interview your speech is processed live and transcribed into text; only the written transcript is kept. Typed messages are kept the same way. The transcript is used to write your project brief and proposal, and is seen by the Dark Moon team. Interviews are processed by our AI provider to generate Nyra’s replies.

Client portal

If you sign in to the client portal, we use a secure cookie to keep you signed in. Files you send us are stored privately and only the Dark Moon team can open them.

Security checks

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam bots. It checks your browser without tracking you across other sites.

Payments

Invoices are sent and paid through Wave. We never ask for card numbers in a form or an interview.
